Long Beach (141) is Robe’s other popular beach and is used by people from the backing caravan park and by all those who want to drive to the beach, and drive the beach. The southern 1 km is restricted to pedestrians, however north of the vehicle access point, cars and 4WD, have access to the rest of the 10 km of beach. During the summer hundreds of cars can line the beach creating both traffic jams, particularly at high tide, and adding an additional hazard to swimming at this beach.
